Common topics

• Signing in. stax uses a one-time code sent to your email. Check your spam folder or wait a minute and request a new code from the sign-in screen.
• A save looks incomplete. Open the original source and try saving again, adding screenshots or pasting the caption when stax asks for more detail.
• Delete your account. Open stax → Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile and saved library.
• Something isn't loading. Check your connection and close then reopen the screen. Your library refreshes automatically when the connection returns.
